Photography Therapy

Feed your soul this year with some photography therapy!
 

Whether you are suffering from anxiety, depression, overcoming addictions, or just wanting to escape the rat race and enjoy some time in nature, photography therapy is a great activity for everyone. Following my studies in psychology and meditation while simultaneously working as a fine art photographer, I have decided to combine the two together and create something called photography therapy.
 

What's included?
 

Photography therapy is a combination of mindfulness and Qi gong/breathwork exercises, guided photography walks, mental health talks, and Q+A sessions while immersing yourself in nature.

If life's demands are feeling overwhelming and you need some time to recharge then get in touch today and book a session.

Locations vary between Auckland City and the west coast depending on preferences.

Group sessions are currently running as a KOHA.
